May 19 th, 2011 What do you hope for english literature department?

My expectation about the future of english literature department ar so simple, perhaps. English literature department especially in State Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is only think for have fun. Each year BSI always celebrate an anniversary. To celebrate I think that is so weird. We must to around the campus with using traditional clothes of Indonesia such as batik. Not only that, you also have to sing Mars of Faculty which is shelter of BSI program. For the night, you have to pay at least two thousands until five thousands rupiah. If this celebration is for all BSI members, i think we must not to pay all of that. Even less we are study in BSI too. I realize I am a stingy person, especially for BSI’s moment. That celebration is only spend our money for something which is useless.

I am really do not like for the structure of the BSI’s organization. What are they doing? I mean what are they do for the outcome? Nothing is the best answer. I apparently A score from the accreditation is a FAKE. You guys have to know that our lovely program, BSI do not has the link from any other institution from domestic even for international. You can see nothing from embassy wants to cooperation with BSI. At least one or two that we must to have but this moment is nothing. Even for the companies too. I think this is hazard and big risk to me for choosing BSI. Oh god!

Those are some intermezzo from me about bad side of BSI program in UIN Jakarta. Back to the topic. My expectation for BSI to has some links. At least one or two. More are better. That can make us to have some practice, especially for getting a job. This is better than spend our money for something which is useless. Having a good program is our hope. Do not want to lose from our neighbor (the faculty of syari’a and law) they do a great job to get some links that they want. They are always inviting the famous people to give a public lesson for them. Now see our lovely BSI? NOTHING! Laugh out loud. I hope that will be come true in someday and please do not happen something worst in BSI like now again. Amen.
