Start from Lake Toba, which is situated in the centre of Bukit Barisan mountain range, is an interesting mountain resort with Samosir island in the centre of the lake. It has many modern hotels and has facilities for water sports such as boating, water skiing, diving, snorkling and swimming.
In West Sumatra, the centre of culture and tourismnis Bukit Tinggi, situated in the highlands north of the provincial capital of Padang. West Sumatra is a land of scenic beauty with green lakes and blue mountains. Padang has an identic of the foods. Which is spicy but uniquelly one. I like Padang rice which is can be found in anywhere.
Java has a great number of tourism inside. Including the world renowned Botanical Gardens in Bogor, and the wildlife reserve of Ujung Kulon in the south-west of the island. There is also Borobudur, a gigantic of Buddhist shrine, is about 42 kilometers north-west of Yogyakarta.
Bali is different from the rest of Indonesia because its unique from Hinduism callded “Hindu Dharma.” Religion is the main source of traditional customs in family and community life. Bali has so many beaches which is beautiful and fabulous. For instance, Kuta, Sanur, Lovina and so on.
